Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Sunstates Security is hiring Flex, Unarmed Security Officers in the greater Seattle area.
Pay rate: $21.66 /hr, paid weekly, with the opportunity to progress to $23.00 /hr after a successful 3‑week probation period.
To be considered a Flex officer, you must be available to work any shifts and any days, including weekends.
Valid WA state security license
Must have reliable transportation
Good customer service and communication skills
Open availability to work weekends and holidays
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Shift Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification Requirements: WA State Security License.
