Floating Full-Time Director
Location: Fairfield Suisun Schools (Must be able to travel to different schools we service in Fairfield).
Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (Work schedule and hours are based on attendance). No weekends!

Pay & Benefits
$24/hour (pay is based on education and experience)
Part‑time benefits including health available

Responsibilities
Help coordinate special accommodation requests for students. You will collaborate with school staff, the Area Manager, and parents to decide on the appropriate accommodation plan.
Track and monitor each student's progress while they utilize special accommodations, reporting that progress to all involved parties.
Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
Qualifications
Degree required
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
