Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

As General Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction for sales and coaching teams in our facilities. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, leading staff, driving membership sales, coordinating personal training and team training sales, promoting member retention, and providing conflict resolution as needed.
The General Manager will ensure efficient and effective performance to reach financial objectives, foster D1 core values, establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand, and drive local market awareness and engagement activities.
The GM’s main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.
Leadership and Management
Attract, hire, and retain D1 team members
Motivate, train, and evaluate the team
Foster an authentic, open, and transparent culture where feedback is welcome
Develop a consistent cadence for meetings (team and individual) with clear agendas and goals
Ability to delegate and empower
Organized
Operations
Ensure the facility meets standards for opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, and security
Delegate task lists to the team
Serve as key point of contact for maintenance servicing and needs
Process, quality control, and submit payroll
Maintain a high level of understanding and competence in LoyalSnap, MINDBODY, Scorpion, and any other D1 systems
Prepare and present yearly budgets to ownership; continually monitor and manage the P&L report
Responsible for organic lead generation and management
Oversee paid lead generation relationships and tracking
Develop community partnerships (schools, clubs, businesses, influencers, charities, organizations)
Plan and execute successful off-site events (fairs, events, games)
Own, train, and manage the D1 sales process
Sales leader – takes most clients and leads in sales
Customer service and conflict resolution
