We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Physician to provide high-quality inpatient care in Birmingham, Alabama.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate patient care for hospitalized individuals, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and order necessary tests and treatments.
Ensure timely documentation and communication with primary care providers.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees.
Skills needed include strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
