LEAD Endeavors is seeking proactive professionals who are searching for increased job satisfaction and career advancement opportunities with a small but dynamic company. We are recruiting OpELINT Training Content Developers/ Instructors for full‑time roles on our team.
Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance
At least two (2) years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom)
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area) plus 8 or more years of OpELINT experience
In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 10 or more years of OpELINT experience (within the past 15 years) and prior successful completion of intermediate ELINT courses will be considered
Experience in one or both of the following: Python coding and Machine Learning
