Job Overview You were born to be the boss. As a General Manager at Domino’s Pizza, you will lead the store team to deliver the best in pizza delivery, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and all policy and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations, cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store appearance and adherence to standards.
Provide excellent customer service, maintain attendance & punctuality, and ensure proper transportation to/from work.
Maintain store cleanliness, execute marketing initiatives, and drive profitability.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete required paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities daily.
Essential Functions & Skills
Accurate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change.
Communication skills: verbal, written, and telephone to process orders.
Keyboard entry, touch screen usage, and motor coordination for rapid precise movements.
Navigation skills: read maps, locate addresses within delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, bend, squat, and reach as required.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, sit most of shift; lift up to 50 pounds, carry 3–30 pounds items.
Climb stairs and lift heavy items onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Operate in varying temperatures and endure exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Work in cramped quarters and navigate through delivery routes.
Work Conditions
Varying weather; in-store temperatures 36–90°F; occasional sudden changes.
Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.
Exposure to sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
