Salary Base pay range:
$95,000.00/hr - $125,000.00/hr
– actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Develop & define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
Estimate project costs and selling price
Develop and manage the project budget
Develop and manage the schedule
Coordinate all purchasing
Manage permits and regulatory requirements
Manage jobsite communication and safety
Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
Deliver the project on time and on budget
Requirements
Eight to ten years of demonstrated project management experience in high‑end residential construction
Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation
Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers and subcontractors and leadership skills to meet exacting standards of quality and customer satisfaction while bringing projects in on time and at budget.
