Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget management. Daily responsibilities include coordinating logistics, tracking progress, managing project timelines, facilitating communication between stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
Qualifications
Proficiency and experience in Project Management
Experience in project lifecycle and change order management
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with HVACR and plumbing industry standards is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with project management software is beneficial
