This highly operational leadership role is ideal for candidates with deep manufacturing experience and a proven track record of implementing advanced systems (ERP beyond NetSuite, analytics, IoT, automation, AI, and machine learning) in real-world manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities Transformational Enterprise Systems Leadership
Lead transformational business systems initiatives that modernize and scale manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operations.

Required Experience & Background

Demonstrated work experience implementing IoT, manufacturing automation, advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning—not just exposure.
Experience supporting highly configurable or customize‑to‑order products, from customer configuration through manufacturing execution.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop floor realities.
