Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate care for hospitalized patients across various specialties.
Perform admissions, discharges, and daily rounds to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Provide timely documentation and communicate effectively with families and staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
