MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is looking for a Travel Cardiovascular OR Surgical Technologist in Boston, MA. Overview
• Specialty: CVOR Technologist • Discipline: Allied Health Professional • Start Date: 12/22/2025 • Duration: 13 weeks • Hours: 40 per week – 10 hour days • Employment: Travel Responsibilities
Perform surgical treatments per protocols. Scrub, circulate, and act as 3rd person and heart holder. Pick supplies, set instruments, and count instruments and sponges accurately. Obtain specimens, hand over to circulating nurse and verify location. Facilitate room turnover time. Participate in department on‑call schedule. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology or minimum 3 years recent experience as a surgical technician in an acute care setting. Current CPR provider card. Minimum 18 months of CVOR recent experience or completed clinical orientation specific to surgical care of the open‑heart patient population. Knowledge of CVOR instrumentation as it relates to specific cardiac surgical procedures. Experience with CABG and cardiac procedures. Benefits
