M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Maple Grove.
Join a group of physicians interested in staying on the cutting edge of their field and participating in quality improvement committees.
Practice details
Join a collaborative group of
7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers.
Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading‑edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards.
Openings:
1.0 FTE (flexible schedule)
plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship‑training program.
Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
