Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will lead strategic growth initiatives, develop and implement marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize marketing strategies, and oversee marketing projects from inception to execution. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, contributing to Zeitro’s mission of innovating within the mortgage technology landscape.

Channel Strategy & Acquisition

Own end-to-end pipeline generation across paid, organic, and emerging channels.

Build, scale, and optimize paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, and beyond.

Drive organic growth through SEO, social, content distribution, and AI-native optimization.

Rapidly test, launch, and validate new acquisition channels with discipline and speed.

Portfolio & Investment Management

Manage growth performance across segments; allocate spend based on ROI, not intuition.

Hire, lead, and hold agencies accountable across paid media, SEO, and creative execution.

Partner with Performance Marketing to maintain dashboards, attribution models, and reporting that leadership can actually trust.

Cross-functional Growth

Work closely with Marketing to align budgets, funnel targets, and segmentation strategy.

Collaborate with Sales to ensure channels deliver the right leads at the right velocity.

Support ABM initiatives by layering targeted, enterprise-focused programs on top of core acquisition.

Experimentation & Optimization

Lead continuous experimentation across channels, messaging, landing pages, and offers.

Design and scale growth loops that compound over time.

Analyze full-funnel performance to identify friction, unlock efficiency, and drive leverage.

Who You Are

4–8+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, or GTM roles at high-growth SaaS or consumerized B2B companies.

Proven at scaling both paid and organic acquisition channels.

Highly analytical—comfortable with CAC, payback periods, attribution models, and funnel math.

A hands-on operator who thrives on testing, iteration, and measurable outcomes.

Experienced managing agencies and external partners.

Not required to come from sales tech, but fluent in how strong growth teams actually operate.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and embedding with Sales when needed.

Energized by fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environments.
