for a fast-growing practice in
Detroit Lakes, MN. Multispecialty group practice including FM, IM, Dermatology, Audiology, Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Surgery, Podiatry, Optometry, Psychology, Psychiatry, Urology, and Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy Service region of 55,000 Outreach specialties include: Allergy, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, and Vascular Call is 1:6 shared with IM, but FM covers pediatrics call. Local hospital employs 24-7 adult hospitalist service Also covering monthly nursing home/TCU rounds at local long term care facility On-site pharmacy, walk-in clinic, lab, imaging and ambulatory surgical center Competitive compensation package includes: Compensation floor of $320,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
