Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized patients
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Managing patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing treatment plans
Performing daily rounds and documenting patient progress
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
