Board Eligible/Board Certified

Family Medicine Physician

to join the largest standalone multi-specialty facility in

Archbold, Ohio.

Specifics of Your Role as a Family Medicine Physician

This position is

full time

- minimum for

36 clinical hours

per week

Hours:

Monday 7:30am - 8pm

(extended hours)

Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm

Schedule offers varied

flexibility such as the opportunity to do 4/10s or have a half day off during the week

Call schedule is 1:4 - very light, telephone

Position is

outpatient

with the

option of rounding, OB or nursing home
