Recreation Director (Long Term Care)
We’re looking for a Recreation Director to bring joy, engagement, and purpose to our community at Complete Care in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or completed Certification.
Credentials: ADC, CDP, or CTRS required.
Experience: 2+ years in long‑term care as a supervisor.
Skills: Excellent communication, care‑plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes.
Responsibilities
Create meaningful and fun recreational programs.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team.
Protect residents’ rights and well‑being.
Lead and oversee the recreation department.
