What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department
Mentor and train nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Support the development and implementation of programs that enhance resident satisfaction
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
Collaborate with leadership to maintain a climate of continuous improvement and resident-centered care
Qualifications
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state
Requires minimum of 2 years’ experience working in long-term care or equivalent
Comfortable working around animals and pets
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences
Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs
Experience supervising others preferred
