Manufacturing Supervisor II - 2nd Shift
Andersen Corporation invites applications for the Manufacturing Supervisor II – 2nd Shift. The role supports continuous improvement across the procurement‑to‑delivery value stream, ensuring high safety, quality, cost, service and associate satisfaction.
Job Description The Manufacturing Supervisor works closely with the Manufacturing Manager to drive process improvements, lead a multi‑skilled team, maintain a safe and respectful environment, and achieve performance targets.
Primary Responsibilities
Coach, train, support, and develop a flexible, multi‑skilled associate team in line with Andersen values and strategic direction.
Review production schedule status, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Ensure desired product quality levels through standard work, training, and data tools.
Support and implement customer‑focused lean processes, 5S, housekeeping, and change leadership.
Encourage continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and implementing solutions.
Help associates understand company policies, take corrective actions, and maintain time and production records.
Communicate daily with associates on performance, policy changes, safety, and quality; and interact with supervisors and personnel on equipment, scheduling, and improvement plans.
Must Have Qualifications
3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehouse operation.
Demonstrated ability to motivate people.
Proven experience implementing continuous improvements.
Nice to Have Qualifications
Prior manufacturing experience with applied manufacturing principles.
Continuing education in Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Manufacturing, Leadership, and Coaching.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Lean certification.
Compensation Pay is based on work experience, education, location, certifications, and more.
Pay Range $69,529.00 – $107,771.00
