As a
Process Engineer , you will provide process, project, and control engineering support to the Oak Creek Resin Plant. You will be part of a team focused on troubleshooting and improving plant process systems. You will work with production, maintenance, and technical staff to support both daily production needs and longer-term strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintain documentation such as production logs, SOPs, quality documents, P&IDs, PHAs
Work with maintenance to resolve mechanical problems
Manage compliance such as PPE, safety practices, complete safety interventions
Conceptualize and implement projects to improve safety, reduce cycle time or downtime, reduce waste and variability
Lead PHAs, DMAIC projects, PDCA projects, kaizen events
Evaluate the performance of the reactors, analyze process data, and lead root-cause investigations
Interact with internal and external customers to resolve complaints and participate in audits
Provide chemical engineering expertise to the plant, including maintenance, EHS, and emergency response
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with an expected graduation date between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026.
0 to 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
Experience in Coatings and Resins production preferred
Familiarity with Process Safety Management and with lean manufacturing tools/six sigma tools preferred
