Maintenance Supervisor
Broad Management Group LLC invites you to join as a Property Maintenance Supervisor. As the supervisor, you will oversee and actively participate in the maintenance and upkeep of properties within your assigned portfolio, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and actively work alongside a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, including but not limited to HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting as needed.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure properties are properly maintained and in compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, address work orders, and ensure timely repairs.
Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance activities while minimizing disruptions to residents.
Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on proper techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods.
Monitor budgetary constraints and ensure maintenance activities are completed within financial limits.
Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols, ensuring all maintenance tasks are conducted in a safe manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, HVAC servicing logs, and repairs.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative maintenance solutions to enhance efficiency.
Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency maintenance needs outside of regular business hours.
Compensation & Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule: 8‑hour shift & on‑call rotation
Work Location: In‑person
Overtime: May be required to meet operational needs

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in maintenance, HVAC, or property management is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in property maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
HVAC certification or hands‑on experience in HVAC repair and troubleshooting is required.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance work while leading a team.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and vendors.
Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
