The Administrative Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Dean of Students Office and the Office of Case Management & Victim Support Services. This position manages transportation and test proctoring short‑term accommodations, and provides administrative support, including financial management and website and marketing support to these offices.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication

Commitment to customer service in approach and attitude

Ability to work in a university environment

Proficiency with computer programs (Word, Excel, Publisher) and office machines (copy, fax)

Competency in data entry and record keeping

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed

Required Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience working with Maxient database

Experience with marketing or graphic design

Experience managing web content

Compensation Information This position is classified as "non‑exempt, hourly" and is assigned to pay grade 23.
