Treasury Accountant
Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a
Treasury Accountant
to join its finance team. The role involves managing trust and escrow transactions, compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and account maintenance across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process and handle trust and escrow disbursements and receipts
Monitor and post client receipts
Prepare monthly trust reporting for management
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Conduct ad‑hoc account analysis and reporting
Liaise with global finance teams as needed
Maintain and update training and process documentation
Ensure transactions comply with global and statutory policies
Prepare variance analysis on management accounts
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5-10 years of professional services or law firm finance experience preferred
Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a high‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative
Experience with Elite 3E software is advantageous

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
