Team & Position Description: We are currently seeking a recruiter to join our human resources team! This role will be responsible for a variety of talent acquisition tasks that help us to attract and hire the best talent for our growing teams. We support our teams with a variety of positions, so we are looking for someone who likes variety and a challenge! What you’ll do day to day:

Assist with all full-cycle recruitment for a combination of corporate, warehouse, and technical roles, including developing sourcing strategies, posting positions, screening candidates, and guiding hiring managers through the offer and onboarding process.

Drive proactive talent acquisition by leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and engage high-caliber candidates for critical business and technical functions.

Conduct phone screens and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate proficiency and overall fit for each position.

Represent the organization at hiring events, building relationships, and promoting employer brand initiatives. Conduct onsite hiring events as needed.

Oversee interview coordination and monitor candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process that reflects organizational values and enhances the overall hiring experience.

Maintain compliance in all recruitment activities, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal procedures while managing accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.

Help improve new hire retention by assisting with onboarding, new hire check-ins, and partnering with managers to ensure a positive start.

Support Talent Acquisition leadership on various projects, offering ideas and assistance to make recruiting processes more effective.

What we’re looking for (Key Performance Objectives):

Reduce time-to-fill metric by 5% through improved sourcing, screening, and process improvements within 12 months.

Grow candidate pipelines by 50% on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms for corporate and warehouse roles within a year.

Within first 6 months, streamline interview scheduling workflows to improve candidate experience and reduce any delays.

Redesign and promote an improved internal referral program in order to drive participation, qualified hires and process automation within 6 months.

Increase new hire NPS ratings by 10% within 12 months by enhancing onboarding experience, improving new hire check-ins and addressing any feedback promptly during the first 90 days.

Requirements/Ideal Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field required.

5-7 years of recruitment experience is required.

Experience with ADP, or other related recruitment software.

Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards is ideal, but not required.

Exposure to Performance-Based Hiring principles is ideal, but not required.

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $90,000 annual salary – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location. Total compensation includes profit sharing bonus potential, 401k matching, and a variety of other benefits (details can be found here ).
