Workday Integrations certification + extensive experience with Payroll Integrations ability to customize Workday interfaces using Studio strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM module implementation and support 7–10+ years of experience across implementation and AMS projects experience delivering complex projects, including at least two global implementations 5–7+ years implementing or rolling out Workday HCM for customers of various sizes experience leading mid-sized or large teams experience conducting design workshops and gathering requirements ENG C1 Nice to have
experience with MetLife integration strong problem-solving abilities excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills experience supporting customers in annual maintenance models ability to translate business requirements into system design ability to manage multiple parallel responsibilities experience with additional IT systems or middleware tools certification or experience in additional advanced integration areas
