Responsibilities
Self‑motivated & able to set achievable goals
Build relationships & create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Be the expert: know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations
Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance
Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
Qualifications
Experience in Sales is preferred but not required
Available to work evenings & weekends
Drive for financial rewards
Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance
Be coachable and willing to continually develop customer service skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Skill in computers, basic software, and internet; ability to learn database management
