Responsibilities
Providing compassionate companionship to residents and assisting with daily activities such as transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting and walking.
Administering medications and injections per physicians' orders recorded in medical charts.
Ensuring cleanliness and light housekeeping duties of the environment.
Strict adherence to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
Monitoring resident condition changes and promptly communicating to supervisor.
Assisting residents with repositioning per schedule.
Accurate documentation of medications.
Use good judgment in providing care and ensuring safety.
Assist other team members as necessary.
Respond to call lights and assess resident needs promptly.
Assist with meal trays and eating.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Pass a criminal background check.
