Journeyman Electrician
Clarion Home Services Group is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Omaha, NE. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
Install power, control, fire alarm, and communications wiring in conduit.
Communicate clearly with customers to provide excellent service.
Adhere to all safety and quality codes.
Install power distribution equipment, including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, and meter sockets.
Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls.
Maintain communication with dispatch.
Install motor wiring and motor controls.
Plan, organize, and lead crews in the installation of various projects.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
What You Bring
Must have a valid Nebraska Journeyman’s License.
At least 1 year of residential electrical experience (commercial and industrial experience is a plus).
OSHA certified (preferred).
Familiarity with electrical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
