We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in fabrication to enhance manufacturing processes and maintain our reputation for excellence in product development. Responsibilities
Lead a team to accomplish projects safely and accurately. Set up and run GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, oxy‑fuel cutting, and handheld plasma/gouging operations. Lifting 10–30 lb weldments as required. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and engineering plans to construct high‑quality parts and assemblies. Set up and operate tools and equipment necessary for the fabrication process. Measure, mark, cut, bend, and assemble materials to create the final product. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they conform to specifications. Align, fit, and assemble component parts using hand tools and fixtures. Repair faulty components and products in line with defects highlighted during inspection. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety regulations. Assist in the enhancement of fabrication methods, seeking efficiency and cost reduction. Communicate well with other departments and team members. Requirements
Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role within the manufacturing industry. Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools. Strong understanding of metallurgy and materials science. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Keen attention to detail and a result‑driven approach. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in engineering or manufacturing is a plus. Seniority Level
