Construction Field Manager
Contract position, 100% traveling, can live anywhere near a major airport, salaried with food allowance, starting at $32/hour and up depending on experience. Travel is paid.
Summary Of Position
Will travel weekly to different locations and cities, oversee subcontractors, ensure supplies are available, and ensure work is performed as directed and on schedule.
Experience Preferred
At least one year in related construction management or electrical experience.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
Process-oriented with excellent time and project management skills.
Lighting and/or electrical experience a plus.
Must be computer literate.
Must have a valid driver's license for boarding planes and car rental.
Must be able to rent a car.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee installation and team of installers doing the actual installation work.
Ensure schedules are kept, safety procedures are adhered to and work is completed within time constraints.
Ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.
