$75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Design, develop, and scale up new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Support equipment selection, installation, and commissioning activities.
Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or programming languages (e.g., R, Python).
Experience with advanced process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena).
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a higher Lean Six Sigma belt (e.g., Master Black Belt).
Familiarity with industrial automation, SCADA systems, or IoT applications.
