Tarvos Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity with a large, established organization in downtown Austin. This hybrid role offers the chance to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact supporting a high-volume AR function.
As the AR Specialist, you’ll support day-to-day accounts receivable activities, manage a high volume of transactions, and assist with credit and collections processes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, apply cash accurately, and keep customer accounts current in a deadline-driven setting.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in a large company environment, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle high transaction volumes. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions, and credit management experience is highly preferred.
