Human Resources Business Partner

position open in Greenville to lead core human resources functions and support a fast paced, growing 2‑year‑old company of 200 people in IT consulting. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee relations—while partnering with leadership on recruiting strategies and workforce planning.

Must be process oriented, tech savvy, and like an entrepreneurial or start‑up culture of creating systems for efficiency! Excellent salary, benefits, PTO, 401K, and a flexible hybrid onsite schedule.

Requirements

5+ years of Human Resources Manager, Generalist or Business Partner (HRBP) experience

Systems expertise in Gusto, Zoho, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Business Central or other HR systems

Process oriented – can establish company policy and create repeatable systems to match company growth

Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding/offboarding employees, overseeing payroll and benefits (open enrollment), employee relations, and expense management.

Experience in performance management, supporting managers with employee reviews.
