Safeguard Global is looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced recruiter for temporary employment (ETT) positions in Spain.

Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency in Spain.
Coordinate with our Sales team to fully understand the needs of our customers for all TEMPs positions to hire.
Search and screen candidates for all TEMPs positions, first contact and prepare shortlist for our customers.
Act as a link between candidates and our customers to ensure proper service delivery.
Maintain knowledge of Spanish Labor Market regulations and processes.
Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records.
Manage documentation and prioritize tasks to deliver on time.
Qualifications and Experience
University education, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Strong experience with recruitments in small temporary employment agencies (ETT).
+5 years of relevant work experience.
Native Spanish speaker; English intermediate level (written and spoken).
Previous professional experience in temporary employment agencies.
Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer‑facing time as needed.
Able to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
Service‑driven with ambition to excel.
Communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues.
