Business Unit Description Driven by Enovis' desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on job postings, interview coordination, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to support goal-setting, performance discussions, and annual review processes.
HR Policy & Compliance: Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and current employee information within the HRIS, ensuring strong data integrity and confidentiality.
HR Reporting: Compile and prepare HR metrics and reports to support organizational planning and data-driven decision making.
General HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers, helping to address questions, ensure consistent application of policies, and promote a positive employee experience.
Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.
Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required between Cedar Park, TX and Austin, TX.
Minimum Basic Qualifications
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of HR experience, or related degree.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with employees and management.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Detail oriented.
High level of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
Self-starter.
