Your role Do you have a passion for developing talent? Do you excel at transferring knowledge to the next generation? We are looking to hire somebody who can execute world‑class training programs that optimize employee performance.

Lead facilitation of WAC Training Programs to new Financial Advisors and associates

Prepare training program schedules based on training module content and time allotted

Deliver effective, engaging training sessions for all modules in the WAC training programs

Incorporate elements of dynamic delivery (e.g. pace, inflection, referring to learner by name) and techniques to maintain learner interest

Ask and answer questions while facilitating that lead to learning

Review training practice and ensure training in line with company policies and procedures

Provide positive and constructive feedback to trainees

Listen and evaluate new FA and associate calls monthly

Foster relationships with the trainee’s managers

Your team The UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) is a team of wealth management professionals dedicated to providing financial solutions and quality advice and guidance to emerging affluent clients. At the WAC, we combine our digital tools with highly trained financial advisors to offer an industry‑leading hybrid digital advice model. Your expertise

Earned a degree

SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed (required)

Series 9/10 (preferred)

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in financial services, coaching and developing others around you (preferred)

A strong verbal and written communicator, comfortable interfacing with colleagues at all levels

Resourceful in leveraging internal and external sales and support desks to facilitate training needs

Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel

An individual that demonstrates self‑confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
