Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (3rd Shift)

Base pay range $70,000 - $80,000 per year

About the role We are seeking a Permanent Human Resources Generalist to support our 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role will be instrumental in providing full‑cycle HR support to our team, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, has strong problem‑solving skills, and has a proven track record in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in selection decisions.

Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

Conduct performance management and provide feedback.

Coordinate and implement training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Use HR metrics to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in the agriculture industry is preferred.

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Ability to work during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
