We are seeking a
Contract Recruiter
in a full‑time capacity. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on business growth and scaling efforts. The individual will manage all aspects of recruiting, supporting candidates at every stage to ensure a best‑in‑class experience.
This role requires
full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment , with strong skills in sourcing passive candidates, selling opportunities, negotiating offers, and managing multiple positions across various functions.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance/Accounting, Operations, R&D, Technology, and Creative.
Act as a business partner to hiring managers, establishing recruiting strategies to fill current and future openings.
Oversee the recruiting lifecycle from intake meetings and phone screens to offer management and onboarding.
Proactively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team, providing timely updates on recruiting progress and challenges.
Manage the interview process, keeping schedules on track, hosting candidates, and providing office tours.
Create and refine job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain passive talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.
Manage all open requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Act with urgency to meet hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of talent quality.
Contribute to talent branding, sourcing strategies, and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent.
Support Talent Acquisition and HR programs and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Track record of supporting multiple high-touch hiring managers and managing multiple requisitions.
Skilled in coordinating virtual interviews via Zoom or similar platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
