Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Multiple Locations
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our Real Estate Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and sophisticated matters, including real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and development projects.
Provide guidance on land use, zoning, and entitlement matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements.
Manage and close real estate transactions independently, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and land use/zoning.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of real property and land use law.
Skills: Excellent academic credentials, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and the ability to handle complex matters with precision and efficiency.
Licensing: Active bar license in Nevada or California, or eligibility/willingness to sit for the Nevada or California bar.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $220,000 - $325,000 annually (commensurate with location, qualifications, and experience).
