Your Role in Our Mission The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics, including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals and entry‑level caregiver positions. The TAS works closely with front‑line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening, and learning skills are essential for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience and stay up‑to‑date with market and recruiting trends.
Preferred Work Arrangement This position works mostly remote with weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events and occasional travel to HQ in Raleigh for team events. Preferred candidates will live near Raleigh, NC.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $57,000 to $62,000 for this full‑time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or DSP recruiting
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources
