Description A values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top‑line sales. Based on store volume, this role reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager.
Primary Responsibility The Customer Experience Lead drives and grows top‑line sales by selling, leading and directing associates on the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. Additionally, the role supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability. The Lead is expected to act as a front‑line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction to non‑supervisory associates.
All Store Leadership Team Responsibilities
Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
Conducting associate observations and coaching.
Understanding all associate roles and ensuring all roles work for the good of the team and the customer.
Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top‑line sales.
Independently managing labor hours within the store to drive top‑line sales and profit.
Owning the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required brand actions.
Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to: floor set mapping and execution, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing.

Salary Minimum Salary: $15.50 Maximum Salary: $19.50 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role. Actual salary is determined by skills, experience, geographic region and other factors.
Qualifications
Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Experience reviewing business reports, insights and taking immediate action to achieve results.
A sense of self‑awareness and interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
Ability to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision‑making.
Experience influencing cross‑functional partners to get things done.
Will working nights, weekends and a flexible schedule.
Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel and lift.
Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
1 year of retail experience preferred.
Experience directing others in performance of their job duties preferred.
