ICONMA is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Canada.

ICONMA is a Global Information Consulting Management firm providing Professional Staffing Services & Project-Based Solutions for organizations in a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Regularly engage with potential clients, established clients, and local/national business leaders to promote ICONMA’s services.

Sell ICONMA’s services and solutions to clients, including Staffing Services, SOW, Solutions, Direct Hire, etc.

Assist with proposals as needed, evaluating potential projects, and reactivating previous clients.

Collaborate with customer contacts, including senior-level executives, to define needs and provide solutions.

Stay informed about industry trends and client needs.

Ability to build rapport and maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within the staffing industry.

Ability to travel as needed
