Contract Information Please note that this is a 6‑month contract role. It can be performed from either Toronto, Canada or Schaumburg, IL, USA.
Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated recruitment portfolio across multiple verticals.
Partner with hiring leaders to formulate and execute recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and managing talent from applications, headhunting, and referrals to fill vacant roles and build talent pools for future needs.
Support hiring managers in interviews to ensure a fair and equal process.
Provide timely and meaningful candidate feedback.
Deliver a premium recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
Take a consultative approach, providing feedback on market conditions, candidate expectations, and best recruitment practices, while responsibly pushing back when necessary.
Coordinate global activities such as referrals, vacancy lists, and other required activities.
Qualifications
Highly motivated recruitment professional with either agency or internal recruitment background.
3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting high volumes of roles across multiple disciplines.
Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized and able to manage recruitment workload and pipeline independently.
Availability for a 6‑month contract role.

Compensation The compensation range for this position is $53,400 – $87,500, influenced by location, role, skills, and experience. Additional rewards may include short‑term incentive bonuses and merit increases.
