What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and implement training curricula that align with operational goals and workforce development strategies
Collaborate with operations, HR, and site leadership to assess training needs and deliver targeted learning solutions
Lead programs such as Site Leader Academy and Graduate/Intern initiatives to foster leadership development
Evaluate and recommend learning technologies and platforms to enhance training delivery
Track and report on key performance indicators and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work/military experience; logistics experience may substitute for education)
3–5 years of experience in corporate training
2 years of experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Project management experience
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar platforms
Master’s degree in Instructional Design, IO Psychology, or Human Resources
Professional certifications, such as Associate or Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD/CPTD) or PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
Experience in the transportation/freight operations or logistics industry
Strong awareness of trends, techniques, and technologies in the training and development space
