Maintenance Supervisor – Corrugated
Location: Waxahachie, TX – Georgia‑Pacific LLC
Salary: $137,400.00–$183,200.00 (Full‑time)
About the Opportunity This key leadership role focuses on improving machine availability and equipment reliability at our corrugated facility. The Supervisor drives safety, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence while fostering teamwork and employee development.
Responsibilities
Lead a corrugated maintenance team in a safe, SIF‑free environment aligned with PBM® Philosophy.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance efforts to drive improvement across EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and cost.
Support production processes to align and optimize the manufacturing enterprise.
Facilitate team development, skill growth, problem‑solving, and build employee commitment and accountability.
Drive safety excellence and compliance through employee involvement and hazard mitigation.
Monitor craft work quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.
Assist with troubleshooting production issues and data entry and report generation.
Willing to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed in an industrial environment.
Qualifications
Experience leading in an industrial, manufacturing, production, or military environment.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience planning and scheduling maintenance work orders.
Experience with a Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program and tracking results.
Experience in the corrugated/packaging industry (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or an industrial maintenance technical degree (preferred).
Previous experience with PLCs, drives, servos, motors, and instrumentation.
