CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

3:15 PM – 11:45 PM Responsibilities
Knowledgeable in CNC machining and secondary equipment. Assist Production Supervisors with KPI requirements: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost. Active participant and advocate of Lean & 5S culture company‑wide. Follow in‑process quality inspections and work with team members to ensure total quality. Aid in feedback to planning & engineering to optimize productivity. Provide translation service for team members when required. Ensure correct usage of gaging, hand‑measuring tools & metrology equipment to deliver high‑quality components. Support preventative maintenance of equipment and report machine issues to the production supervisor. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of lathe production experience on CNC & related production equipment. Read and understand job layouts, blueprints, schematics, and work from written and verbal job instructions. Strict time management with self and others to support a productive work environment, including providing hourly production stats and implementing quick corrective actions. Excellent attendance. Ability to communicate with and collaborate with team members. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to work on a busy manufacturing floor. Location
