Maintenance Supervisor
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dependable and knowledgeable Maintenance Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Brownsburg, Indiana. What You’ll Do
Perform day‑to‑day housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and local guidelines. Follow a daily and weekly cleaning schedule to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Support Life Safety initiatives and ensure the facility is maintained in accordance with Life Safety Code requirements (NFPA). Respond to emergency maintenance or cleaning needs in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative staff to meet environmental and safety goals. Foster a positive, respectful environment with residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or maintenance in a healthcare, commercial, or hospitality setting. MUST have working knowledge of Life Safety Code requirements and demonstrate ability to help maintain compliance. Skilled at basic repairs, safety inspections, and facility upkeep. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors. Benefits for Full‑Time Employees
