We are seeking a motivated
Assistant Project Manager
to support the development of a
Hyperscale Data Center
in Haskell, TX. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers in overseeing electrical construction efforts, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing electrical construction tasks on large-scale Data Center projects
Support Project Managers in scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure project goals are met
Help enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
Contribute to contract review, change management, and project documentation
Support mentoring and guidance of junior team members and engineers
Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in Data Centers
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
OSHA 30 preferred; PMP or electrical license is a plus
Willingness to travel as required
