Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of roofing experience, with a focus on residential projects. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a crew. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
