Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor leads our warehouse and pick & pack operations, ensuring products move efficiently from production to customers. You’ll manage inventory accuracy, team performance, and process improvements while maintaining safety standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving abilities, team leadership skills, and warehouse operations expertise. You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and enjoys developing systems that drive efficiency.
You’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer at our Reno facility.
Schedule Monday through Friday. Operational hours are 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM
Position Exempt
Salary Range $65,000 – $75,000
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop warehouse and pick & pack team members through coaching, training, and performance management
Ensure accurate inventory management through proper receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping procedures
Analyze forecast data to create resource plans that meet weekly / monthly demand targets
Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols
Collaborate across departments to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
Establish and maintain 5S compliant workspaces
Prepare and report KPIs including throughput, shipping errors, fulfillment times, and cost analysis
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Competencies
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems
Proficient skills with data entry and inventory software and systems
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to train / certify employees on PIT equipment
Ability to live PACK (Proud, Authentic, Community, and Kick‑ass) values
Experience with food manufacturing operations is helpful but not required if you have transferable skills from other warehouse environments.
No specific degree is required for this position. We value candidates who have developed relevant skills through various experiences.
